Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 18 days without giving any reason for doing so.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement during a live or in person meeting .

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which you have retracted the contract that make us partner . We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.

Depending on the strategy's advancements a percentage of the initial payment would be deducted and that based on the hours of work reported.
